Con el presente auto la Corte Constitucional ACEPTA el impedimento manifestado por la Procuradora General de la Nación para emitir concepto dentro del expediente de la referencia, toda vez que constató la configuración de la causal denominada “haber intervenido en su expedición” consagrada en el artículo 25 del Decreto 2067 de 1991.
Ello, por cuanto la doctora Margarita Cabello Blanco ostentaba el cargo de Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho para el momento en el que se suscribió la Ley 2044 de 2020, atacada por la demandante en el presente asunto.

- PRIMERO. ACEPTAR, con base en las razones contenidas en esta providencia, el impedimento manifestado por la Procuradora General de la Nacion para emitir concepto dentro del expediente D-14216 .
- SEGUNDO. LEVANTAR la suspension de terminos y DAR TRASLADO al Viceprocurador General de la Nacion, por el termino restante del otorgado a la Procuradora General de la Nacion, para que rinda el concepto al que se refiere el articulo 278.5 de la Constitucion Politica.
